Studio Movie Grill

This store is very disorganized and unprofessional. When we came in they told us we had to be 21 and above but they never say that on the description. We like 18 and above they said adults, but the lady standing there talking bout some y’all needa show me y’all ID. And even after this conversation they still let us in and told us to wait inside, but than another lady showed up outta nowhere saying that we gotta step out cuz we didn’t provide any ID. While standing there a man came along with his two kids they were 7 and 8 and they let him in, also some teenagers past by us they let them in. This theater is the worse.

My fave place but a business is only as good as its service. What kind of people are being hired here? Is there even a manager? Currently here with a friend in the daytime on a Monday and it’s not busy at all. They gave me my drink without his water, and it’s been an hour and a half since the start of the movie and still waiting on an appetizer which was the only thing ordered. Still no appetizer. I should have eaten before I got here I guess. Why even pay for scattered service.

I hate having to write this review because the food is actually good. The problem is this is the nastiest theater I’ve ever gone to. The floors are very sticky, you’ll find trash all over the place and sadly they have a mouse issue. The last time I went there I kid you not, there was mice running in the movie theater while we were watching the movie.

The place is a disgrace. The floors are sooo sticky. Miles the manager and his crew stated it was the cleaning solution. Please don’t insult my intellect like that. You must do better. If you stand for nothing you’ll fall for anything. Just plain nasty!!!!!

Nice place for light food fare, a lot of carbs though. Drinks are good and the staff is very courteous. Only downside is the floors and escalators felt sticky your shoes.
