Suburban Burger - Reservar uma mesa

I can't recall the last time I was so let down and frustrated with a business. This was the biggest waste of money I've experienced. The food arrived completely cold and 2 hours after I placed an online order. When I called to inquire about my missing items, the store hung up on me. To make matters worse, despite carefully selecting gluten-free items from the menu, something in my order was contaminated. Thanks a lot, Suburban Burger, you literally made me sick. I lodged a complaint online requesting a full refund, but have yet to receive a response from the store. Save yourself the headache and money, and dine elsewhere.

I unfortunately decided to give this restaurant another chance, but once again the burgers were disappointing. The burger had only 4 small pieces of onion and a wilted piece of lettuce. There was hardly any sauce and the bun seemed deep fried. If the restaurant wants to keep customers coming back, they need to improve the quality of their food. I will not be returning again after this experience.

After a workout Go Kart racing a man builds up an appetite, is there a better way to keep the wolves at bay than to smash a burger. Took my family if 5 there, we all got different burgers, macho nacho amazing! Service was fantastic, we were well cared for by the owner, drinks come out promptly and the food was not long after. Venue is spotless and inviting! Thanks for having us Suburban Burger x

First time i have tried this venue. Ordered take away seemed a bit expensive. Buns looked like macca's and the smell was the same. Chicken wings were yummo. Staff were 10 out of 10. I don't think i would go back

Rude staff, unhygienic tables, items were missing in the order when prompted the staff couldnt care less. Not going tgere again.
