The food was stale and tasted as if it had been sitting in the containers for far too long. On my second visit, the service didn’t improve—while there were no murmured comments this time, the food quality remained poor. The bread was hard on the edges and stale in the middle, and the vegetables had a strange taste reminiscent of soap and metal.
Having managed several restaurants myself, I can confidently say that the food was likely stale because they store it improperly, mixing old food with new in an attempt to save money.
