I had the worst service I've experienced in seven years at this place. I stood in front of the girl behind the counter for ten minutes while she prepared two sandwiches, and she didn't even acknowledge me or let me know I could wait. It was as if I didn’t exist. Then a boy came over, and without even saying hello, he asked what I wanted. I told him I wanted a pizza, but he informed me that the oven was broken and he couldn't make it. I suggested that he at least heat it in the other oven next door, and he said no. Frustrated, I turned around and left. Got 6 inch turkey sub. Told only white and wheat bread available. I choose white. Lady finished making sub and put on paper to wrap. I asked her to cut sub in half and she had knife in hand. I turned to get a bag of chips not watching lady. Get where wasgoing to eat and sandwich was not cut in half and i didnt have a knife to cut it. Maybe not important to some but i like it cutin half....annoyed. Additionally, the bread was stale and hard. Only reason even 1 star is unable to post without a star.

We were informed they only had white and wheat bread, and unfortunately, both options were stale and hard. There’s a fine line between stale and inedible, and my sub was definitely on the dangerous side. After reading the review about food poisoning, I must admit I’m feeling a bit wary now.

Every time I visit, the food is fresh and delicious. The dining room and restrooms are always clean, which is really nice. It's a quiet place to enjoy lunch, and the customer service is consistently excellent. I love this restaurant! Reserve uma mesa agora

It?s unfortunate some people aren?t taught manners. This one employee with a nose ring was rude to me for no apparent reason. Maybe she was having a bad day but that has nothing to do with business. Last time I come to this Subway.

I really enjoy the food at Subway. The bread is always fresh, the salad options are delicious, and while the combo meals can be a bit pricey, the vouchers help make it more affordable.

On several occasions I had over 200 tokens in my reward card, which were lowered by him, but the $2 discount were not applicable, that corresponds to this amount of tokens.

An employee on Saturday, that's ridiculous. Metro does not take care of their consumers time. Exploration best. Don't come back.
