Subway - Reservar uma mesa

Every time I visit this restaurant, I find myself having to argue with the staff about the amount of salad on my sandwich. They actually tried to charge me extra because I wanted more than 6 pickles on my sandwich. Additionally, they refuse to honor any offers I may have. This has been the worst service experience I've ever had. Type of service: Takeout Type of meal: Dinner

This subway has to be the worst in Lincoln. And all thanks to Soba who works behind the counter. Customer service is not this lady's strength at all. More worth the effort to walk across the road to greggs. Perhaps more training in how to provide good customer service. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was about to order when I watched the server pick rubbish off the floor and then go back to serving behind the till and then touch food out of the mini oven all without changing his gloves. Unhygienic.
