Subway - Reservar mesa

I just left the restaurant with my family, and I have to share my experience. They advertise that they accept EBT, and I have used my card there before without issue. However, this morning, the manager and staff were incredibly unhelpful. When we requested bread, they refused to provide it. After their card machine declined my EBT and displayed a balance of $0.00, I went to the Walgreens next door and bought some M&Ms. When I returned to Subway with the receipt showing a purchase of $93.11, they threatened to call the police on me for being rude and trying to address the issue, which was clearly due to their malfunctioning machine. The service was extremely slow; it took at least five minutes before anyone even asked for our order. One of the employees, Tony, was quite rude and didn't wash his hands after coming back from the back. I had to repeat my order several times, and he kept chatting with his co-worker instead of paying attention to me. To top it off, I ended up feeling sick after eating the sandwich. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I will definitely not be returning to this Subway.

The girl with acne all over her face was rude. When we told her we wanted a regular sandwich. She responded ?what is regular to you?!?. Then she went to the back and they were laughing. And when we left we turned around and they started to laugh like bunch of clowns. And the way they cut avocado was atrocious.

Disgusting The overweight employee's stomach kept touching the sandwich everytime she reached over to get ingreadients. If you are that overweight that your body constantly touches/ slightly squaches the sandwich, working with food is not the place. This is a health concerns. Reserve uma mesa agora

I really enjoy the sandwiches, but the main reason I keep returning is the service provided by a young man named Juan Trujillo, who demonstrates a strong work ethic. He reminds me of my younger, hardworking self. The service is truly excellent.

When you order online you expect them to make it like if it were they who were gonna eat it but this wasn't the case the gave me a torn bread and it was completely cut in half. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy food here thru the app.

Good staff but manager suck name JD he needs to honor the specials and he always says the don't participate but the online the it shows they do. Reporting this to upper management. Reserve uma mesa agora

Made an order on UberEats, had an issue. I called the store and an employee went above and beyond to make it right. Great customer service.
