This place is TERRIBLE! I was trying to redeem my pretzel here the other day at the auntie anne's but they wouldn't honor my coupon. They keep saying we're subway but ummm there's auntie Anne's next to it as well so they're supposed to honor and acknowledge it. Nope they didn't. The staff/employees here are rude as this isn't the first time i went here. I always give people the benefit of the doubt because I worked in the industry a long time ago and people can be ignorant but no the employees here are just rude and miserable. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Not one of the better locations. I asked for my sandwich to be warmed in the microwave and not toasted. Instead I received a ice cold steak and cheese. I ordered two lemonade iced cookies which I was previously told was great however these cookies were hard and crispy. This is the first time I ever got a cookie from Subway that wasn't soft, fresh and chewy. The staff seem like he wanted to hurry up and serve me even though they were not busy at that moment.

VERY, VERY DIRTY! WE HAD TO USE OUR OWN WIPES TO CLEAN THE TABLE WHERE WE ATE! NOT VERY CLEAN BEHIND THE COUNTER EITHER ???? ???????????? THE FLOOR WAS A STICKY MESS. I COULD SEE IF THEY WERE BUSY, BUT THERE WAS ONLY FOUR PEOPLE IN THERE! NOT GOING BACK TO THAT LOCATION.

Got my order wrong 3 times and then charged me for the wrong sandwich. The server and cashier could not understand English well. Had to speak slowly and louder than comfortable. Food was okay, but experience was absolutely frustrating.
