I would give this place zero stars if I could. I placed an order through the app, but when I arrived at 6:30, I was told they were out of bread. When I asked if they planned to bake more, they said no. My app had sent me a notification saying my order was ready for pickup, but nothing had been made. The only bread available was two 6-inch pieces of Italian. I called the manager to request a refund, but they said I would have to contact the office the next morning to get it. While I was there, another customer with an app order experienced the same issue—told to call tomorrow for a refund. This was by far the worst Subway experience I've ever had. This restaurant offers an incredible takeout experience for dinner. With prices ranging from just $1 to $10 per person, it's hard to beat! The food is outstanding, earning a perfect 5 out of 5, and the service is equally impressive, also rated a 5. I highly recommend trying their cookies, the Subway Club, and The Philly for an unforgettable meal.

We stopped visiting this restaurant months ago. One staff member made an inappropriate comment to our daughter from behind the counter. We also grew frustrated with the brown lettuce on the production line and the bread that seemed to have shrunk. We haven't returned since. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I visit this restaurant frequently. The food is good, but they struggle with staffing, which often leads to delays in getting your order prepared since there’s usually someone in training. After requesting less sauce I was having to wipe mayonnaise off the entire outside of my sandwich. Every topping was outside of the sandwich covered in sauce and just rolled up in the paper. Will not order from here again. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10

Very rude, and it was dirty. I was told they don't do soup during warmer months. This is not the first time they didn't have soup. It only happens at the White Oak store. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50

Out of bread except for flat bread and will let customers just stand there while they make to go orders. Worst run subway ever
