Subway - Reservar uma mesa

Their ice machine was down, so they had a bowl of ice on the counter for customers. There was no scoop, so customers were expected to scoop the ice out of the bowl with their cup, which is unhygienic and a health code violation. They were reusing knives without cleaning them. I asked for a cup for water, and they charged me for a fountain drink instead. They had water cups behind the register, and she she acted like I was dumb for not wanting to pay full price for a drink.
