Subway - Reservar uma mesa

I spent $14 on a sandwich from this restaurant, but when I got home and tried to eat it a few hours later, it tasted bad. I was upset and went back to the restaurant with a coworker to request a refund. The staff refused to give me a refund and said they didn't feel the need to do so. I am not happy and want to speak to a manager. It is unacceptable to take customers' hard-earned money and provide them with subpar food.
