This restaurant recently opened, so the interior feels brand new. The service is excellent, though lunchtime can get extremely busy. To avoid long waits, it's best to arrive about 10 minutes before noon. This isn’t a fault of the restaurant; it's just a high-traffic area. The staff is quick and efficient, making the experience as speedy as possible. I've always been greeted with a smile here. As for the food, it meets Subway's standards and everything tastes fresh. I definitely recommend this location, especially since there’s a new menu with a wider variety of options. As of June 2023, there’s also plenty of parking available—feel free to park alongside if necessary.

I have had an awful experience almost every time I use the app to order ahead. They prioritize the customers in store before the ones who have ordered for pickup. I ordered subs from this location tonight and it said they were ready for pickup. When arriving they had no idea where my order was. 5 minutes later they “found it” and proceeded to help the customer that was in store before making mine so had to wait 20 mins longer then the original pickup time. Don’t have an order ahead option if you can’t make them in time.

Best sandwich makers in town, especially Pranali and Jay! I used to go to Arthur St. just because of these two; they are so friendly and caring. Watching them make the subs is truly impressive. Luckily, I found them at Waterloo, which is close to my location and very convenient. Thank you for the excellent service!

The guy who made my sub was Jay. He touched my soul with his sub, he put mayonnaise so firmly inside the sub and the meat that he gave was out of this world. They should make him manager and let him handle the whole subway alone. Im pretty sure he can do it on his own. Reserve uma mesa agora

I truly appreciate the service at this restaurant. The sandwich is always consistently great, which is why I find myself returning every week. The food handlers I’ve interacted with here are friendly and efficient. As always, today’s sandwich was spot on.

Hours on door says open it 10 pm. Door was locked and no one answered at 7:15. Not cool if you are supposed to be open till 10. Why is it closed. Sunday aug 20th.
