Subway - Reservar mesa

I have been to many sandwich shops and have seen how they beautifully wrap a hot sandwich melt. However, at this Subway location, they simply toss my melt into a large brown bag that isn’t even sealed, giving off an attitude that feels unprofessional and careless. The person who might be the owner was rude, and I won't be returning to this location again. This is just my opinion, and I hope others don't have the same experience. You’re better off making your sandwich at home or finding a different location with better reviews. Cheers!

On a more serious note, as a former sandwich artist, I recognize that this level of efficiency and service quality comes from dedication and hard work. I really hope David gets the recognition he deserves. That said, the cashier did give me the wrong cookies, and I only realized this later in the day, so I can't give this place a full 5 stars. But honestly, I won’t complain – the cookies are delicious! I'm not even sure why I'm writing this, just double-check your cookies and you’ll be all set. Alright, goodbye!"

The dinner shift is excellent, but the lunch shift leaves much to be desired. Within just five minutes, I noticed three or four health code violations, including one by the supervisor. They added bacon to a sandwich that was supposed to be bacon-free, toasted a sandwich that was meant to be served cold, and completely messed up the sandwich orders without even realizing the order of the customers was incorrect. I definitely would not recommend stopping here for lunch.

The restaurant seems to be always in a rush when preparing sandwiches and salads, leading to mistakes with online orders. I've repeatedly requested for vegetables to be properly cut for my salads, and despite giving them an hour and a half to prepare my order, there’s no reason why the staff should just throw the food together. This situation was great. I usually go to Knollwood Mall on the one hand and her bread is always understated and soggy, and employees never seem happy. But this place was the opposite. Great customer service, bread was perfect, sandwich was much better. From now on, I'm going here. Good job guys

Even with the lunchtime crowd, the service was surprisingly fast. The restaurant had plenty of staff, which is commendable, especially given the labor shortages many places are facing right now.

I've never had an issue with the food, but the staff turnover is high and some employees can be quite rude. I don't appreciate snide comments about my meal behind my back. Thank you.

The cleanest and best underground in the state of MN in my experience. Very nice and warm, clean restaurant and even clean food.

My cousin and I both agree that this is the best Subway we've ever been to. The sandwiches are consistently excellent!
