Subway - Reservar uma mesa

I am a regular customer here and have been for over 10 years. But ever since they hired the new cashier (Cat is her name I believe) I refuse to go in. She has been nothing but rude to me, many customers from what I’ve witnessed, and even the other employees both on the gas station side and the subway side. I’ve talked to a handful of my friends who shop here regularly and they have all had the same negative experiences with her. Everyone else there is great, but she is the reason I will now go to elsewhere!

Slow and understaffed, you'll often find gas attendants making your sandwich while the actual employees stand around helplessly. Do they all have food handlers training? Nobody knows. One time we tried to get a sandwich only to be told they didn't want to defrost more marinara sauce at 3pm on a Wednesday. So yeah, pick one of the other two locations if Subway is your jam. Try the drive thru if you want to jump the line inside- they will make your sandwich first even if 10 people are waiting in line.

The employee's were very rude. the pretzel was stale, over cooked. we got no cheese, the cucumbers were slimy, they gave us the wrong cheese, they over charged us and I found a hair in my food, very bad !

The manager just makes excuses for your order being wrong. Several orders made wrong and she can't take responsibility for it. She's a worthless employee

Ordered online we got the monster sub which is supposedly extra meat extra cheese ex. This is what we got. Very disappointed and such a waste of money.
