Subway - Reservar uma mesa

For the second foot-long spicy Italian sub, I ordered it on white Italian bread with provolone cheese. What I got was white bread with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, black olives, banana peppers, jalapeños, very few pickles, salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil, which was not what I wanted. To make matters worse, the male employee was rude and unprofessional. I arrived at the restaurant about five minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, but it wasn’t prepared when I got there. Last three orders completely made incorrectly. Made without cheese, deluxe orders never added, all 6 subs inedible. I reached out to both manager, Liz and owner. Even though the owner admitted this last order was missing items um. It was missing deluxe, never ordered oil on sub. Completely saturated and inedible , missing items, cheese. ON THE LAST THREE ORDERS. I spoke with both manager, Liz, and the owner today after receiving the last THREE orders made completely incorrectly and they refused to do anything. I sent over pictures of the incorrect subs today. They still wouldn’t do anything. I am done with this location. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER service and quality. Never again.

I won't be going through the drive-thru again. In the pictures, you can see that most of the bread has barely any meat or toppings. I ordered the rotisserie chicken with swirling, spinach, and banana pepper, but I wanted the parmesan sauce to be heated up.

the girl was very nice the counter was very clean the sweet was fresh service was good and the eating was good

The restaurant is very clean, the staff is excellent, and as always, the sandwiches are outstanding.
