Sudhaus Nr. 1 - Reservar uma mesa

I recently tried the Sudhaus on a business trip and found it to be a nice pub/restaurant in the old section of Hameln. The Owner/Chef greeted me warmly and his English was better than my German! The menu is limited but varied enough to be...enjoyable with german fare. I had the pork medallions one evening and the grilled salmon another. Both were nicely prepared and in line with offerings expected in a German bar. The beer menu was limited, but the choices offered were adequate. Be aware that this is a cash only establishment. They did have an English menu as well. I recommend Sudhaus.

I recently tried the sudhaus on a business trip and found it a nice pub/restaurant in the old town of hameln. the owner/Koch greeted me cordially and his English was better than my German! the menu is limited but varied enough to have fun with German kitchen. I had on one night the black medallions and on another the grilled salmon. both were well prepared and corresponded to the offer of a German bar. the beer card was limited, but the offered selection was sufficient. Note that this is only a cash register. they also had an English menu. I recommend south house.

Depending on the weekday, the sudhaus No.1 is almost empty or totally overcrowded without free table. we were there at one of those empty days. the food was very good and delicious, we had salad noodles and green cabbage. the waitress came when our animals were empty, but didn't bother us in between. if they are hungry, just look at the special menu outside and eat it here to night.

Depending on the day of the week The Sudhaus is almost empty or totally crowded without a free table. We went there on one of those empty days. The food was very good and tasty, we had salad pasta and kale. The waitress came...whenever our beers were empty but didn't bother us inbetween. If you are hungry just look at the special menu outside and have your dinner here.

Went with family and we all had wienerschnitzel was very good. Also had nice selection of beers I like dunkel and they had it. Owner was very friendly jovial type. Little dark in the back section (where we sat) but typical of a...small local pub.
