Sugarfire Smoke House

Great food, but even more AMAZING people. Cancer is taking our dog Hank from us, and last night we took him out for a farewell dinner (outside, of course). The team at Sugarfire went WAY above and beyond for us. Not only were they were especially generous, I think over the hour or so we were there just about everyone came outside to give him pets, sneak him some extra meats, bring him whipped cream, etc. They were incredibly considerate; asking permission to pet him, to feed him, asking if we needed anything, if they could do anything...just an outpouring of kindness to our family. with so many bbq places to choose, it was hard to narrow down where to go, but young we chose the right place....all was excellent except the green beans. the French dip was from this world, best we ever had. then we also had 2 pigs bbq sandwiches they were very delicious. the children loved the mac n käsefries. the cashier was not the most pleasant could not us our military rabatt bc she ran my card fast, but no biggie. she just needed to smile some special, the last person, the people see b4 sitting down in this cafeteria style, sitting her, hometown bbq joint. delicacies

Stopped in to give it a try. The people we friendly and tried to answer our questions . We ordered and it was prepared and put together quickly. Food was good, service was excellent ! Price seemed a little on the high side with the portions we were given but a solid 7 on flavor and tast. Everything was good even though it wasn't a home run with me when I think BBQ. I would eat here again, maybe try something different on the menu of many items.

1/2lb Brisket was tender and lean but also dry. The 5oz. smoked salmon was good but cooked on the grill and wasn't noticably smoked. The 4oz. burnt ends were excellent. The mustard greens were also great. All in all this place was ok. It was almost $40 and that's just way too high for this level of food and atmosphere. Reserve uma mesa agora

Never disappointed when the work crew picks this spot for lunch. They're making real food from actual ingredients. I usually spend about $14 but considering the cost of combo at most fast food joints these days is around $11 I'll gladly spend the extra $3.

This smokehouse is simply meh. Not good, not terrible. The meat is tender and looks great, but has literally zero flavor. Not sure how smoked meat has no flavor, but with some BBQ sauce, it's not bad. Definitely not worth the price! $60 for family of 4.

another great lunch in the sugarfire. meat was well cooked and delicious with excellent taste. kartoffel salad was great. if they like brussel sprouts, these have a smokey taste with speck pieces in them, they were very delicious.

I think I have to say that this is my favorite st. louis area bbq. all stalls are great. spoken decoration and atmosphere and service and eating is always great.

delicious. large bbq and fun takes on typical menu points. I enjoyed it and would recommend it!
