I live in neighborhood and this has been my go to spot for coffee when I don’t want it from home. Always go through drive thru. First time picking up order inside and it didn’t feel like a pleasant experience. The lady working around noon looked like she had an attitude and not in good mood ! Barely felt greeted or said how are u, just how can I help u. And when I got my drink she didn’t even say thanks for coming in nothing. Just didn’t feel like a friendly welcoming environment. And probably won’t be returning anymore. Customer service is big deal to me and there are tones of coffee shops in area so it’s easy to loose a customer !

While their coffee was excellent and the ambiance welcoming I was disappointed by the unfriendly demeanor of the staff. They came across as disinterested and aloof, serving coffee more out of obligation than genuine pleasure. I prefer quality over service, but being treated with contempt is not something I find acceptable.

Lovely place to get a coffee and a small bite to eat, I recommend grabbing a bag of their specialty roasted beans on the way out as well to make you some coffee at home for a nice pick me up in the morning!

Over above for their customers!! Not your mama’s coffee shop! Love this place. Their chai lattes are amazing. My husband is crazy about the Moon Milk. Great place to meet people or go to work out of office.

The coffee is already great, and then all those interesting latte twists take it to a whole new level. Chill atmosphere and the staff always is friendly to explain the drinks.
