Surprised that it was not as wonderful as I had thought it would be. Excellent service along with an updated, stylish but informal atmosphere, were promising. The food, however, was very good but not great. Had the crispy confit duck tacos as an app where the highlight was the masa taco itself. The confit duck, mole, and slaw were fatty and/or not so flavorful (but the sliced peach “salsa” was excellent).My honey had the chilled asparagus soup which was totally underwhelming. Our shared Caesar salad was a high point and while the brioche popover was excellent the other Italian mini-bread rolls weren't. This is a very unique hospitality experience. Given the expansive, estate-like nature of the property its easy to imagine that you're somewhere else, perhaps a European manor a few centuries ago. The staff are extremely friendly and engaging. The rooms are well appointed if a bit dated, which frankly adds to the period effect and the charm. It would be a fantastic place to turn your phone off, fall off the radar and totally relax. If you're able to do that!

I had a fantastic stay in one of the cabins near the golf course. The two-bedroom suite was beautiful, and I really enjoyed the coffee and pie roll at Cafe Julie's. Although the coffee cup is on the pricey side, they offer unlimited free refills. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the place is easily accessible with plenty of natural light. I've visited several times throughout my life, and I always have a great experience.

The food was outstanding and beautifully presented. My family and I dined at The Tavern in the garden and truly enjoyed the serene atmosphere, even though it was a large venue. The server was very attentive to our dietary restrictions, which we appreciated. Be sure to leave room for dessert, as the cast iron cookie with ice cream was absolutely fantastic! Staff grounds were amazing. Our lake view room was very nice. Beds were a bit soft for my taste. We did get firm pillows that helped another. We saw deer on the grounds 2 of the 3 days the lake is home to a pair of swans. Restaurants all include a 20% service charge. The La Tavern was really good service exceptional.

Came into the city for a quick business trip, and splurged as it was close to my birthday. Excellent service and accommodation. My only torment was the toilet paper, Angel soft did not live until his reputation. But I guess I'm a sensitive guy. Overall but, amazing place and will definitely come back.

Incredibly loud and hard to hear. Waited a long time to order, for courses, for check etc. beyond the normal, new slow cadence to a dinner. Everyone was yawning at the table for awhile and we had to track down waitress twice. Perhaps they're understaffed?

The only negative thing I can report is that service was too quick. Our entrees arrived before our bottle of wine. The corn puree that came with the expertly prepared bass, was cold. Otherwise, beautifully prepared food and an inventive menu! Reserve uma mesa agora

My husband took me there for my birthday, and we had an amazing time. The rooms are luxurious and quite spacious. The property itself is beautiful, featuring stunning views of the mountains.

Class and Elegance personified. Exquisite customer service for the price you do pay. Will absolutely be coming back.
