We were looking for a new place for dim sum after our standby closed, and Summit Garden came highly recommended by a friend who is Chinese. Entering the restaurant for an early dim sum lunch during the middle of the week, we were impressed by how full it was and the fact that many of the patrons were Chinese - that's usually a good sign at a dim sum restaurant. We were seated promptly, and overall the service was fine. The first item we tried was hot, fresh and delicious, but it was downhill from there. Visiting relatives, we had "brunch" at this restaurant-Summit Garden, it was what we call in our family as a dim sum restaurant! The little plates/bowls of different kinds of Chinesedishes are served by the cart going around the restaurant, table to table, they are hot and steaming fresh! We seem to like most of the items that are offered, we like the seafood&bean curd soup; crabmeat&fish maw soup; deep fried squid with chili; and the szechuan style shrimps and the hunan style scallops and shrimps! Reasonable choices of dim sum and not too costly. Their Peking duck is also recommended. It is not a very large restaurant with the usual Chinese deco. Service is not lacking and the staff are polite.

very tasty food amazing presentation great service - some waiters don't speak english but always patient and polite great for larger functions or meal for 2 beautiful decor (no plastic table covers)

Beef tenderloin was tender and delicious along with the lemon chicken. Great service with staff that made you feel very welcomed. Would definitely return
