I placed an order at 18:20 and was initially told it would be an hour and a half wait. After calling back at the designated time, I was informed my order would be ready at 19:45. When I arrived at the busy takeout location, I inquired about the wait time and was reassured it would be ready by 19:45. The staff member I spoke to on the phone was unpleasant and unhelpful, but another employee who was polite and accommodating took my order. Had a fantastic takeaway hot tasty couldn’t fault it and we are regulars when it comes to Chinese takeaway but had never been to this area before so didn’t know what to expect. Excellent.
