Update John responded and we discussed in length about boba overall (types of drinks, sweetness levels, etc. He treated me to a few drinks and definitely made up for the poor experience. I love that he values customer feedback and experience! Really enjoyed speaking with him.Was there last night and quality service has gone downhill. Used to go once every couple of weeks but won’t be visiting this location anymore. Got an Oreo Brûlée with 25% sweetness. When I tried the drink, it definitely felt like 100% pretty much diabetes in a cup. I asked if there’s anything we could do to dilute the sweetness. The worker said no, the brûlée is what makes it sweet so they can’t adjust it. I wonder what...

Sunright Tea Studio is my favorite boba chain in Socal. However this location takes the cake, it's so spacious inside and the windows let in so much light. I can customize my order with more detail here. The workers here are pretty efficient and friendly. Fellow other customers are also surprisingly nice. My go to order is the White Peach oolong MT or the Hokkaido MT.

Nice staff. They were very busy when I went but kept up great customer service. Adequately staffed as well for the collaboration event that started recently. Would come back because I enjoyed the drinks I had as well.

Ordered from here only to be disappointed by its watered down teas. Went to their Pasadena store and was really good so didn’t expect this from them. Still somewhat better than some other boba stores but very Reserve uma mesa agora

The BEST boba tea in Los Angeles. Environment is amazing, always great music playing and very air conditioned. Baristas are nice and there's never too much of a wait.
