Superba Food & Bread

Service wasn’t the best…I believe the waitress forgot about our coffee didn’t realize it until I had called her to our table. It sucked since we had ordered a pastry to eat it with but the coffee got to our table after we had already gotten our food… I understand chit chatting with coworkers but can you at least check up on us to see if we got our drinks??? We didn’t even get our water re-filled… Breakfast was pretty good. We ordered the chilaquiles breakfast sandwich. Both meals were great portions. We also ordered an $8 in house turkey sausage, it’s the tiny little patty on the plate. I don’t recommend it, it didn’t have much flavor… Would I come back here? Probably for take away but not t...

We have been regulars at Superba since it opened. I love the open design and warm atmosphere- very Californian to me. It is our neighborhood go-to spot. We love their cheeseburgers and Cacio Pepe for dinner and their grain bowl or any egg dish during the day. Great coffee, bread and pastries. Not to be missed. The restaurant was a community pillar through the pandemic and a place to go to feel normal.

Chef is trying something weird on pancakes....salt flakes!!, way too weird and salty. Sunday morning, too many people and service was slow. 20 min wait to get a table
