We decided to take my mother to Surah for dinner on Mother's Day since she was interested in trying Korean BBQ. We had made a reservation and were promptly seated upon arrival. We opted for the all you can eat BBQ dinner, which cost about $45 per person and included bulgogi on the menu. However, after ordering our first round of meat, we found ourselves having to flag down a server for rice, water refills, and other items. While there were brief moments of attentiveness, overall we had to continuously seek out assistance. The service at this restaurant was lacking. There were only two staff members on duty, and we witnessed them having an argument while we were eating. A group of customers walked in but left because there was no one at the cash register to help them. Despite the poor service, we enjoyed the Korean BBQ dishes.
