This is one of the few Ecover refill stations in Kingston Surbiton. After we were there three times, we calculated various quantities for the same laundry refill. After the request for clarification, vague answers were met. The refill costs are higher than a new bottle, which obviously does not make any sense. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I loved the products and spent a lot of money in this store, but the employees are protective and miserable on many occasions. I wanted to give the shop another chance, so went to ask for advice about vitamins, the employee was rude and seemed like she wanted to argue. Unfortunately, they just lost a regular customer.

This business has been in Surbiton for decades and has not changed much to the outside or inside over the years. It is very good with many vegan products such as chocolate, tea, coffee milk, canned (including vegan honey), nuts, seeds, flour, tinted goods, vitamins, cleaning products and toiletries. Chilled section can be a bit hit and miss in terms of availability. Staff are very knowledgeable and willing to provide advice. Updated by previous rating on 2021-08-29

Very friendly and helpful staff. Many vegan and health products. Frozen food, dry food, packed breads/cookies/cookies, nuts, jam. ... and more.

Large small local health food business filled with vegan and vegetarian treats. Also a good range of hygiene products.
