Sushi Ai - Reservar uma mesa

Such a disappointment. This was my favorite sushi restaurant for the last 10 years! I think, recently, they’ve had a change in ownership because their hours are different (wrong hours on google) and they completely changed their menu and got rid of ALL their well known and loved rolls. There is not much on the menu now and they upped the prices of their rolls so now the basic rolls cost just as much as the specialty rolls used to. And, there’s no way to contact the managers/owners. I tried sending a Facebook message and the response I got back was from someone who used to manage the restaurant 10 years ago but doesn’t work there anymore. I know this place had a hard time staying open but why...

First time coming here. They have a huge selection of different rolls, in fact they have a pretty varied menu to give one a reason to keep coming back. That’s a good thing because everything from our martinis, appetizers, and entree was yummy and well made. Plenty of parking as they’re in a strip mall in Palatine. You may even get a deal from Groupon to dine there. I personally recommend the Sexy Lady Martini, Sushi-Ai Martini, and the Popcorn Lobster. Enjoy my photos as it’s definitely worth a thousand words.

Stopped in here because a good friend of ours had recommend it. We asked just to have the Chef give us his choice and let him decide what would be best. We were very happy with the sashimi the chef provided. It was fantastic! The only let down was they were out of UNI and we saw on the menu for market price CHUTORO and OTORO Tuna but they didn't have that either. Either way they still 5 stars. My wife and I will return for sure.

My family and I have been coming here for years. GREAT tasting food ! Great variety as well. Its a very cozy place so you will love it.

Delicious place for sushi! Service is always excellent and the bar is well taken care of and tidy.
