Sushi Axiom Hibachi

The chef at our table was more low key than some of the others. He did a good job though. My chicken was sooo dry I could barely eat any of it. My husband got the noodles and chicken and his was very tasty.The staff was friendly and kept our drinks filled. I will go back and try something different.Kid-friendliness: We were celebrating my grandson’s 9th birthday. There was a large group so we sat at 2 different tables. The chef at the kids table was playing around with the 4 kids and 3 were laughing and having the best time. 1 child was afraid of the fire and the chef flipping utensils. The chef was very aware and tried to keep things away from her.

My husband and I visited on May 26, 2023 just as it opened. There was lots of street work being done but as we entered the restaurant we did not hear any sounds from the outside chaos. It was peaceful and beautiful. Perfect place for two 60 something year olds. We ordered from the drink menu. The martinis were excellent and a little strong (yum). I am half Japanese and was raised eating sushi and sashimi. We found everything delicious and fresh! If we didn't live in Arlington we would probably go to the restaurant a lot. If you want some great sushi and sashimi mixed with a very relaxed atmosphere please go!

I come here often and today I was not happy. The rice was over salted, my shrimp was undercooked and he overcooked my filet. Throughly dissatisfied this time. I wished I could remember the name of the last cook that cooked for us The waiter was also subpar. He was lucky I wasn't a diabetic. I asked for diet and he gave me regular. Not sure if I'll be back honestly. It's not cheap and to not get excellent food is not good.

Went here for lunch with a coworker. Amazing service, no wait time for anything really. The food was amazing huge portions. Leftovers were enough for 2 more days! Would Definitely recommend this place for date nights, business lunches, birthdays, etc.,Food: 5/5

It's a decent place for sushi, nice service and good food. Cant go wrong in my opinion
