Sushi Blue - Reservar uma mesa

I was split here, everything is fresh and good quality. We got seven different rolls. Some of them I really liked and some of them I thought the flavors were a little out there. Again the quality is good. It?s not like it was rancid. It?s just a mixture of the different things they put in there wasn?t quite what I would consider awesome. Again remember that?s an opinion so some people may love it. But I still am giving it five stars because everything was fresh the quality was good and you can tell they know what they are doing

We were in Park City/Kimball Junctuon for a tournament and my son wanted sushi. So we decided to try Sushi Blue. It was really disappointing. We have the Tempura shrimp roll and the spider roll. They were overtaken and had little taste. My son wouldn't even finish it. So if you're looking for sushi, it's worth driving the extra time in Park City to visit The Flying Sumo. Skip Sushi Blue!

The one problem I had with the food here is that my spider is overhauled. The soft bowl crab was burned and not good. I asked for something else and my server came back with ANOTHER SPIDER ROLL. I was frustrated, but I had no patience to repeat my original request for another sushi roll. The second spine was not boiled excessively, but had the taste. Probably the oil.

We went in and read menu and left: Clean customer service nice menu is NOT really sushi. This is one of these hamburgers and other stuff kind stops. We felt it was a place for tourists with children who all have to make happy. If that's for you, that's your place!

The sushi and short rib very good. It was my first time to eat here and it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.
