We don't come to Oryza Sushi just to eat sushi, but we come to live a culinary experience, dotted with history. The chef who makes the sushi, who also happens to be the boss, tells you about his passion for sushi and the respect he has for Japanese culture. I come back to her sushis whenever I can in a wine bar in Freiburg (TM/TW). They're coming every Wednesday night. Your fish is always fresh and tasteful. If you are looking for a great combination of wine and sushis, you should check this address. This has nothing to do with your chain restaurant sushis. It is fresh, minute made and everything on the menu is delicious. Try her special Japanese vegetables or Calamari salad!

We were looking for a place to eat some light and a bit fast and entered the restaurant. Our surprise was to learn about the quality of food, the sushi was the best we had so far. Totally worth it. We visit it with more time to try more things.

The food was great! Very good service! I would recommend booking before as it is quite small and it is like eating on a large family table. I thought it was kind of cool and could be really interesting to make a big dinner there.
