I am writing to express my concern regarding the decline in quality of service, cleanliness, and food at your establishment over the years. As a long-time customer of Sushi Kings since its opening, it is disheartening to witness the deterioration of these essential aspects.During my recent visit, I encountered several issues that have prompted me to reach out. Firstly, upon arrival, I observed the hostess engrossed in a phone conversation while two other groups were waiting ahead of me. Went to get some peaceful time to myself and the experience was bad from the start. I pulled up and I couldn’t tell if they were open or not as I started to pull away I saw someone come out. So I parked and went in there was nobody at the front desk so i thought I was just supposed to seat myself. After I started walking in someone came up and “greeted” me and then sat me. I ordered 2 rolls and a chicken hibachi the shrimp tempura roll tasted a little funny but I waved it off my hibachi was over cooked and burnt, the volcano roll was less of a disappointment but still didn’t quite meet my expectations. If I could give it a ZERO I would. They have to be paying for good reviews. Upon arriving at the establishment, we noticed that the hosts were occupied with phone calls while there was a considerable line of customers waiting. Despite the absence of a busy atmosphere, it appeared that the lack of customer service and multitasking contributed to the delay. Regrettably, we were directed to a table that was not adequately cleaned, and our request to relocate was denied, despite the availability of other tables. Furthermore, we have noticed a gradual decline in the quality and taste of the food.

Everything about this place is generally decent. Nothing about the actual meal is bad and wait staff are fine. Food is plentiful, and if you set up your orders right, you never have to worry about sitting dormant. Overall, a perfectly acceptable 4 stars. I will warn of the sticker shock. This is not a cheap night out. But I don't fault them for that. Price is prominently displayed as you walk in the door.

Atmosphere was nothing special very drab and dark. Food was over cooked hibachi shrimp was dry and not very appetizing. If your not impressed with the first plate do not order more or they make you pay for what you don't eat. Compared to other all you can eat sushi restaurants I have eaten at this one was very disappointing ?.Food: 1/5
