We thought they have good reviews and decided to try. However, if I am in my twenty’s I would give them a slight better review. After trying out lots of different foods in different price point, I don’t think they are worth 4 stars.First of all they sushi we order are very well cooked, I don’t except my salmon on top of the roll are fully cooked. Is that tailored to Chinese that just arrived the US or never eaten raw food before.Second, We told the waitress we don’t want all you can eat sushi, that they put a lot of rice on. So we hope to have good quality foods. The rolls are still hard with a lot of rice. The of the sushi rolls take only like the sauce not the food.Third, the waitress said...

Everything was absolutely phenomenal! I have gone to tons of different all you can eat sushi places! I also used to cook for a living and did a bit of time working in one. That said this place is truly a gem! Their menu for all you can eat is very extensive with options catering to all tastes and diets, most impressive were all the sweet and savory specialty roll options incorporating fruit! I see alot of menus with these but not this many! The entire staff seem to be people of good character who take pride in their work which shows through the entire dining experience! This is going to be the go to spot here on out! Telling all my friends to try it if I could give you guys 100 stars on here...

I have visited this restaurant twice in the last month and both times left feeling satisfied and happy. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The all-you-can-eat menu is great and the quality of ingredients is good. Despite the small size of the restaurant with only around 12 tables, it may fill up quickly. However, if you have a craving for sushi, it's definitely worth the wait. I highly recommend trying the sesame balls as an appetizer, I am a huge fan of the nigiri selection, and don't forget to finish off your meal with either the red bean or green tea ice cream. There are plenty of parking spots available in front of the restaurant.

This place is actually pretty solid. It's an all you can eat sushi place that has a whole variety of options to eat from. I loved the variety, and actually the appetizers were really good.My issue for not giving a full 5 stars came down to the sushi though. The rolls were actually phenomenal, but the problem I had was with the rice. The rice didn't taste like sushi rice, but instead rice you would use for various dishes.Staff were friendly, but the sushi did take a bit of time to arrive despite not too many people being around.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian optionsParking: Plenty of parking Reserve uma mesa agora

I tried both the all-you-can-eat and a la carte options at this restaurant. The avocado rolls were ordinary and the tuna in the sashimi salad seemed to be older than three days. The calamari was chewy and the sake was not enjoyable. However, the service was excellent with a smooth flow. I would suggest not serving iced water with fatty mayonnaise, as it doesn't seem healthy. I recommend focusing more on hot drinks instead of cold food for a better balance. It would be nice to have themed music to complement the wall art. The decor appeared dusty and too close to the tables.

Excellent service. Went for all you can eat dinner (about $38 after tip). For the amount we ordered, definitely worth it. Great sushi across the board and the staff was very friendly and attentive they’re honestly the reason I’m leaving this review. Usually AYCE places limit you a bit or rush you, at least in my experience, but here they gave us more sheets to keep on ordering! Nice meal!?

It looked pretty clean inside. We waited quite a while for our food though. At least it was pretty delicious. The fried rice tasted pretty clean, it was good. And the nuggets were pretty amazing as well as the soft shell crab. Reserve uma mesa agora

This was our first time at Sushi Nova. We were not disappointed. The service was prompt and pleasant. The sushi tasted great and the presentation was attractive.
