Sushi Shop - Reservar mesa

I had a terrible experience at this sushi shop. First of all, they were completely inflexible with accommodations; I asked to swap out a sauce, something I’ve done at many places over the years, but they refused. After placing our order and paying, we were told there would be an hour wait. Now, we’ve been waiting for an hour and a half, and our food is still not ready. This is unacceptable. As mentioned in a previous comment, this feels more like a fast food chain than a restaurant. Additionally, I’ve noticed that at other sushi shops, there are only about 3 or 4 employees, but this place had 7 working and it still took an exorbitantly long time. Honestly, after spending 5-10 minutes selecting our sushi, we were informed that we would have to wait 45 minutes to receive it. It would have been helpful if they had communicated this delay upfront or mentioned that there were various options with different wait times. The staff needs to improve on communicating information to customers. Given that this is a "fast food" chain rather than a traditional restaurant, we expected a maximum delay of 15 minutes. It just felt a bit unusual to me.

We are regular customers and are very disappointed with our 3 poké bowls that we came to pick up. They are composed only of salmon, lettuce, cucumber and rice...! There were a lot of missing ingredients to compare last times. At almost $20 a bowl, it's frankly insulting.

Order placed online, they did not receive the order. Request to replace the seaweed with rice paper, managed to get it wrong. The fact that they had not received my order 1 hour before, I had to wait 1 hour more on site before having my order.

We ordered five poké bowls, and unfortunately, there were mistakes in every single one! Given the price, we expected better quality. Overall, it was just mediocre!
