Sushi Shop - Reservar uma mesa

I had the worst experience ever at this sushi shop. When I went to pick up my order, the clerk with very short dark hair was rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there that night. She was impolite and had no manners, making us feel unwelcome. It really felt like she should have either stayed home or found a different job, as customer service clearly isn't her strong suit. On the other hand, her colleague with pink hair was much nicer, but unfortunately, she couldn't take our order since she was already occupied.

I can hardly describe what happened. While we don't speak French, I placed my order and paid for it. We waited for 45 minutes! After seeing someone get their food in just 2 minutes, I decided to approach the counter. The girl seemed worried and asked what my order was. I handed her my receipt and requested a refund. There was no one else in the restaurant. It's unbelievable. We were looking for a quick meal before continuing our journey, and we're just frustrated and shocked by this service.

Two years ago, this place served the best sushi we had ever tasted, and we used to go every week. Unfortunately, things have changed. The staff is now rude and seem unhappy to see customers. I've never witnessed a sushi restaurant run out of rice or fish before—even when I arrived an hour before closing, everything was shut down, and they told me they couldn't prepare half the menu. We won't be returning; we've given them multiple chances, but the service has been disappointing every time!
