Sushi Train - Reservar uma mesa

Was looking forward to a good meal. The train was rather empty with very few choices, and unfortunately they don’t have menus. They require you to download and app and play with your phone while you eat. Even upon request they could not provide me...a menu. Upon leaving and paying for the plate I had managed to eat at this point, they were very firm in not accepting cash.... which really shocked me, I thought the business would accept legal monetary tender. I went else where to have dinner.

We eat there often, it is great food, but we are always looked after by Jesse, she is the most attentive person. She has been there for years and we walk in and our normal order is prepared without even asking. They are using clean...up and delivery robots which is novel and gives the waitress more time with customer care. I recommend this place, but we always order fresh, but that is just us/

Big variety of sushi to choose from, including hot and cold dishes. Perfect quality of food. The price of sushi trains is always a bit expensive, but always an enjoyable experience. The restaurant is comfortable for dining in.

Waiting an hour and half for my order.... the restaurant won’t answer calls and the time continues to keep getting pushed back further. I’m not even able to ask for a refund... I was hungry an hour ago.

Waited nearly hrs for my order. The restaurant is uncontactable. Will my meal even come tonight?? What the heck is going on?
