This was probably one of the worse dining experiences I’ve ever experienced w/ my partner. As requested by the staff members, we could sit anywhere we wanted. We sat and just a disgusting amount of flies. We moved tables. We witnessed a young girl killing flies around people who were clearly eating their food. The young girl and an older blonde lady (who must be the owner) kept staring at me and my partner like we weren’t suppose to be in their space. The woman who took our order never checked in on us, checked to see how the food tasted, if there was anything we needed. Service was terrible. We sat down and waited quite a while for service. Our order was finally taken and as we sat and waited 3 other customers came in. They were waited on immediately. All of them received their food and we were still waiting. One of the customers actually came in 15 minutes after our order was taken and they still got their food before us. Owner knew we were not happy. When I asked for the bill she just kind of threw it at me and walked away without any eye contacted. Very rude! We will never come back to this place. Food was sub par.

Came in with 5 adults and 2 kids. couldn't really get seated. then when we were seated we waited like 10min before anyone came out to get the drink order. another 10min and the server still hadnt been to the table, just what i would assume was the food runner girl. when we asked for her to take our order, they said he would be right out... never came. so we settled up our drinks and left... one server and cant handle 4 tables is a joke. dont expect to have great service here or a quick meal.

Susie’s Westside Cafe is a hidden gem here in Colorado Springs. Portions are generous, price is fair, food is SCRUMPTIOUS, and the service was wonderful. Heather and Rilee (waitress) made sure to create such a friendly atmosphere that it puts you right at ease as soon as you walk through the door. Would absolutely recommend and return to this lovely eatery. Keep up the great work! Reserve uma mesa agora

I want to be honest. I expected this to be on par with Sandy 's, maybe better. Got something much closer to Waffle House. That 's not a bad thing! We all love a good Waffle House now and again, sometimes it hits the spot. But this isn 't Western Omelette or King 's Chef

The kindness and quality of food was very refreshing! The wait staff were super friendly and attentive. The hash browns and corned beef hash were perfectly cooked and the sourdough toast reminds me of my grandmothers cooking. Very great place, highly recommend visiting

I've driven by here many times and finally stopped in for lunch. It was great. My husband enjoyed his chicken fried steak. I am Celiac and they did a great job of making sure I was not cross contaminated. We will definitely be back

Excellent food and service! If you like breakfast, this is the place to come to. Must try their homefries if you enjoy eggs and/or biscuits&gravy for breakfast Reserve uma mesa agora
