I was looking for a seafood place here and this was perfect! we went on a cool looking bar with blue feen lights in a dining room filled with huge fish tanks filled with fish. it was a perfect atmosphere. we have oysters and scallops for starters. they were delish! I ordered a fried plate of calamari, garnel, oyster and calamari. it was cooked to perfection. my man has the lobster pasta and it was not disappointed. we had a salted caramel cheese cake for dessert. our drinks were also great! I had the shipwreck. our server, caitlin came to the right time. she was friendly and we will be back to see her!
we had a great dinner here. everything was very high. the raw choker oysters were particularly delicious. the calamari was the best we had until we can remember. most places have too much brot with thin strips of calamari, but sweeneys cuts the calamari much thicker that we really enjoyed. our waiter, reese was very attentive and has done a great job. highly recommended!
Such a great find! My husband and I went to Sweeney's for my birthday because of their seafood selection and were pleasantly surprised with all they had to offer. From the hostess, to the server (Jacob), to the bread, Alaskan Crab, and homemade Creme Brûlée, it was truly a wonderful birthday meal and experience. We will definitely be visiting here again.
we had a great night on 6/9/2022! our food was fantastic! we had a table of 6 for a birthday party!, our waitress was fantastic and had a wonderful personality, she knew the menu, the drinks and great suggestions! by the way, my martini was great! the night was a great success and we have left happy, full and grateful! I would highly recommend!
