Sweetreats Ice Cream Highland Deli

I'll give them points for creative concept but had issues. It's similar to rolled ice cream except everything is mixed in using an auger to press the mixed ice cream into a soft serve look. It's lacking taste and flavor. While the gentleman advertised real fruit, they used frozen fruit which not only lacks flavor we are left eating icy fruit chunks which is unappetizing. I would be more forgiving in review if I didn't see the worker handle our ice cream with his bare hands, clearly a health food violation and unsanitary for uncooked foods. The nuts I had mixed in were bitter and burnt and I spent close to $9 for it

This place is so much better as it went New Management on a scale from 1 to 10 Putting 10 to the highest and so low it literally went from a 2 to like a 12 the food used to be okay, but now it is Bammin and for everyone who does not know that means about ingenious

We had a wonderful experience here! Each family member got a different flavor combination and they were all delicious! The staff was friendly and the service was great. We'll be back soon!

The kids love the ice from here! There's always a waiting time, but it's for a reason. Come on.
