Swiss Chalet - Reservar uma mesa

I never thought I would have ever been treated so poorly. My husband and I ordered a meal. we never got the meal at all 2 and a 1/2 hours later phoning I spent half an hour outside watching for the delivery that never came.... Then when we phoned to speak to Muhammad the owner of the Swiss Chalet in Lethbridge he flipped it and called it our falt. Giving us trouble for having to throw a meal away. Customer is never wrong. NO TEXTS OR CALL FROM DRIVER.... I HAD EVEN CAMERA SERVANTS OF NO DILVERY EVER BEING DILIVERED....? WOW ? ?...

Swiss Chalet Lethbridge was awful in every manner in food service, my child food was burnt, my rib meal was not dried out, but rubbery in texture, the gravy was Burnt and looked like pudding, the waitress only served drinks and came back when meal was ready, twenty five minutes later. I would not recommend this eater too anyone.

ordered food from swiiss chalet for a group of lady friends in the afternoon--big mistake no help from the manager with our complaint about the quality of our order. Please help us to prevent future costumers from being disapointed with reveiws from 3751 Mayor Magrath--be honest

Very friendly server , food was hot and good. Nice place for family dinner. Even it was busy, get food fast. Coming back soonDietary restrictions: Good food with excellent service
