Swiss Chalet - Reservar uma mesa

If I could give zero stars I would. As many other reviews say, avoid this location at all costs!! First of all, the drive thru menu doesn’t even have all the items on it, only a few so you need to look online first for what you want. I waited 40 minutes in the drive through for 1 chicken fingers and fries combo….unbelievable. Waited at the speaker for 10 minutes for someone to even take my order, then another 30 at the window! No check in to tell me what was going on or anything. Also I asked when placing the order does it come with chalet sauce? He said no, so I paid for the medium size. Open the box and it did come with one…so I paid for one for no reason. When I finally got my food I said...

Put in a preorder at 5:30pm for pick up at 630pm. 2 sandwich combos and half chicken combo. I still had to stand and wait until 7pm. What's the deal?!Update: food was cold, wife got food poisoning. Thanks for the fantastic experience. I wish I could give zero stars

We have dined at this location several times and each time has been great. Tonight our server was Leslie and he seated us right away, and took care of our requests...our experience with him was outstanding!! Thank you Leslie!!

The food is as you would expect good and fresh, the service is a bit slow lately but maybe that's due to covid. The atmosphere is like a standard Swiss Chalet, they keep it consistent throughout their franchise.

Our server Amanda is extremely attentive and friendly. The food was excellent, it was served piping hot and was served in a timely manner. Definitely will be back in the near future.
