Swiss Chalet - Reservar uma mesa

Ordered online and picked up in store. Got home and order was missing items. Attempted 4 times to call to get a refund for missing items. Only got through once to the actual store who said that they do not complete refunds and I would have to call back and speak with someone in regards to pick up/ delivery. I call them and they said nope it’s the store managers problem, I asked for the managers name and they didn’t know. Called the store and haven’t been able to get through since. Terrible customer service. No need for such a hassle for a simple refund.

Don't get the new quesadilla! I asked if it was possible to get no tomatoes and was told sorry not possible. That tells me that it comes pre made? So I got it anyway and it hD very little ? cheese. It was also soggy .

husband loves swiss chalet chicken sandwich so am happy. i got ribs and chicken and i think they’re tasty. i think the chicken too small tho. kinda pricey too. had so much leftover and husband ate them all at home

The food is very average. Prices are good. I can easily get a quarter chicken with salad and a bun for what I would pay for a combo at a fast food restaurant.

Tasty food, decent service, and tucked into a corner which was nice.
