Swiss Chalet - Reservar uma mesa

The service is toooo slow, I’ve been there before and there’s always just 1-2 waiters, it was always empty, still a little slow but manageable, but today it was very busy, same 2 waiters, we got the waitress who always have been super nice but today seemed really annoyed and low on patience. They didn’t have many of the things we asked and overall it was a very disappointing experience, I will never go back to this restaurant.

My meal was dry and the server was not attentive to us a family of eight. All their fountain drinks had a funky taste to them, that made drinking them unpleasant. When dinner was done and we asked for the bill, we waited 15 minutes and I had to find our server, who was sitting with another server deep in conversation in a quiet section of the restaurant and was not apologetic for the wait. Picked up takeout. Kitchen could of been cleaner. manager was nice and knew the shrimp were burnt and made the cook do it again. Wait for long since we said a time for pick up and still had to wait. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
