Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

I have visited this Swiss Chalet four times in the past 6 months, and each time it has been mediocre at best. However, my visit tonight was terrible. If you are promoting new menu items, they should be prepared properly. I understand the concept of "chain restaurant food" as I owned one for years, but serving food that is inedible is unacceptable. The rice was extremely hard and dry, almost as if it had not been cooked at all. The kids' meals should be prepared at the same level of quality as the adult meals, but once again the pizza was undercooked and my kids refused to eat it. I am sorry, Paris Swiss Chalet, but you do not compare to the other locations.

Hubby and I came for dinner. The restaurant was busy, but not overly so. Our sever attended to our drink order immediately and then took our food order. She correctly brought our side salads before our entrees. Then we waited, and waited for our meals to arrive. When they finally appeared, our French fries were tepid, which meant the plates had been sitting. Our server got us fresh orders of piping hot fries, and we enjoyed our meal. This kind of slow service of our meals was a little disappointing, but not enough to keep us from returning.

Was in the area visiting and we decided to go to Swiss Chalet for lunch. Nice selection on their menu. Our table had the 1/4 chicken dinner, Chicken wrap with soup. The chicken was nice and tender and the service was good. This place does get busy at lunch time, so go earlier than noon or later.

have been to many Swiss chalets this one is by far the best one The hot chicken is the best. Service is great and it is easy to find in Paris

Love the Swiss and this one certainly keeps up the reputation. Good service, friendly, easy in and out
