When we arrived it was rather quiet normally an ominous sign for a restaurant but I had remembered seeing it a couple days before at lunch time, packed full of people eating fondue. So I was optimistic. My optimism was rewarded with great service, and great food. The cuppons for starter were delicious, and when it came to the main event (my fiancée had the fondue and I had raclette) we were awed at how good it tasted. After a brief tutorial from the waiter on how to work my raclette oven, I was grilling and melting like a pro. Great food and atmosphere. 2 of us went around 8pm and the place was packed. We had to wait but Mr. Song who seems to be the manager, quickly found a seat for us in 5 min. Our waiters were kind enough to advise us what to order and how to eat and we bad a great Swiss dinner experience!!

Delicious fondue with a busy-energetic atmosphere. Always a line at the door--I'd suggest making reservations like we did. Staff was great. My family (including two kids ages 10 7) LOVED everything we ordered. Would recommend and eat here again and again!

Absolutely the best fondue I had. Beautiful place in a beautiful city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will surely go again when I visit Zurich next time. Love it love it love it

Fantastic place and awesome service!! A must when visiting Zurich!! Very Charming and the Raclettle was Divine!
