Table 19 Peoria Marriott Pere Marquette

Really enjoyed this Marriott. It is everything I would expect from one of their properties, but historic and right in the middle of everything downtown. Rooms are nice and well appointed, but like other historic properties the layout in some rooms can be odd, tight, etc. The bathroom had a narrow layout, but there was plenty of room for one person to navigate. Shower pressure was decent, and they had nice big towels which I don't always see in other properties. Room was clean, spacious, and front desk was quick to deliver a couple extra pillows and have maintenance switch out the mini fridge that wasn't working. Very nice historic hotel. Area seems pretty rundown. I walked to the river front park. Not many restaurants Open in the area. Parking situation is a little odd. Have to park in a garage next door taking an elevator up. Seemed sketchy after dark. Then go down a flight of stairs because the next elevator was not working. Pool did not look clean and hot tub was, surrounded by yellow tape. Staff were very helpful polite though.

The room was a normal hotel room, the main areas are very nice, however, the breakfast buffet is extremely over priced! It 's literally the average hotel continental breakfast with powdered eggs, meat, and potatoes. The most impressive part was the blueberries and blackberries.

Anyone else been robbed yet? Hard to believe what happened to us was chance. Anyone else want to mention how unsafe the area is on a Friday and Saturday night right out front with an absent desk person and one security guard and 3 points of entry? Reserve uma mesa agora

Comfortable, well decorated room. HVAC had not been cleaned in a long time and produced a significant amount of dust. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay. Modern convinces were combined nicely with the historic architecture.

Mohammad at front desk was very helpful. Easy checking and instructions. Room service is not upto the mark but Mohammad was helpful in contacting room service to make sure my stay was pleasant.

Our king suite is very comfortable, spacious, quiet, clean, and in good repair. We loved the location, a 3 block easy walk to the river and a short drive to BU, and shopping.

My brothers wedding took place here in one of the magnificent ballrooms and was amazing . Very fancy decor and professional atmosphere and staffing Reserve uma mesa agora

The rooms are big and location perfect. Very pricey though you have to pay for parking, and breakfast is not free it's 20 per person.

Room had no cups no conditioner and going out front to smoke was very scary
