No doubt about the freshness and quality of the products. I even made a special request in the case or... see if it was possible but without great conviction) of my diet by taking me a little in advance) and my request was greatly raised. A beef cheek that was all alone! It was a killing. The meal was excellent. The foie gras may be a little too hard not out of the fridge enough in advance which can camouflage flavors but good...ca can understand itself). Ice made house by the pastry chef. Friendly, attentive, good advice and knowing how to adapt to the customer's request a little difficult...! An excellent lunch formula, well cooked, you will find flavours and seasonal products... The duck formula made of individual coconut, copied with a perfect cooked magret... a treat for taste buds. .. We will return with great pleasure to this establishment.

We were five for a Saturday night. We were pleasantly welcomed. The meal was very good, the impeccable service, it was a Hungarian apprentice who took care of our table, it was very efficient and very professional. We recommend this establishment if you want to spend a convivial moment, with a magnificent view of the Cathedral of Saint Mary.
