Taco Bell - Reservar uma mesa

Literally, the worst. Went here Friday night around 11pm. After waiting over 20 minutes in the drive through we were told that they were out of beef. As I placed the order I was then told...we are also out of beans. So, I asked what was available...i was told they could substitute chicken or steak. I settled for 3 #2 meals with chicken. Which were soft taco Supreme and drinks...$30 dollars worth of food. However, the tacos were nothing but lettuce, tomato, sour cream and one tiny bit of chicken...I know it was late and my choices of where to pick up food were limited. My family had not eaten since lunch time and we were starving. Never again. Update ...still no better customer service the wo...

I DoorDash at this location frequently I’ve never had customer complaints about the food but the looks I get from one employee in particular she seems to be in management she wears her hair in braids and the passive aggressive sounds she makes anytime someone comes inside makes me not want to come in the other night she had the door locked to the lobby so I had to cancel the order which effected my rating but tonight when I came in I heard her screaming at an employee from across the store it’s unfortunate that places are keeping people like this and I hope that something happens soon

Have honestly had it with this location and will be contacting corporate. Ordered my food and half my order was missing when I left because the guy taking the order was either dumb as a doorknob or deaf as one. Staff always has attitudes and very unprofessional. The need to clean house and get people in there who actually want to work!

This Taco Bell will rob you of your money! I don't care if you order extra meat. You will still get home and discover that you have barely any meat in your taco. Taco Bell has really gone downhill. I will take my business elsewhere.

This should be closed. Bad staff. They are out of meat all the time. They don’t open on time too
