Taco Bell - Reservar mesa

I go here every now and then when I want something cheap for a work meal. I always get the same thing, cheesy fries which is essentially fries with nacho cheese sauce on it, nothing else. It rings up as cheesy fries on the till and shouldn't be that hard to figure out if you've never heard of it and are a worker. Today was one of the now multiple days they have gotten my order wrong and have either given me plain fries, supreme fries, or cheese fries with beef sause as well. I'm always nice and polite and never ask for anything extra or get mad when they get it wrong, but never have they once ever offered an extra squirt of cheese never mind a cookie or something. Pretty darn positive we have food poisoning from the Taco Bell in the Newmarket mall. Three of us had a late dinner last night and all of us are really stomach sick through the night and this morning. The kitchen area looked filthy with fries all over floor and and just grubby in general. I did not see this till after I ordered and waited ages for our food. I could see in the kitchen where I was standing and waiting. Wish I had asked for my money back when I saw how dirty it looked, as now 3 of us are suffering badly.

I ordered bean tacos but was given beef tacos instead. As a vegetarian, I ended up eating beef due to their error. The staff member who took my order didn’t even apologize, and the manager laughed as if it were a joke. They didn’t offer to correct the mistake at all. It’s clear they need to learn how to take responsibility for their errors and prioritize customer satisfaction. It's disappointing and they definitely need retraining. What a shame!

Looking for a yummy fast food restaurants. This is the place to go. The store is also very clean everytime we go there. There's always seats available. Good atmosphere. Standard pricing. I had a disappointing experience at Taco Bell. When I asked for vegetarian beans, they mistakenly provided me with meat instead. I appreciate that they didn't offer to replace my meal. Overall, the service was poor.

Staff is extremely rude. They rush you, they don't say hi when you walk up to the counter .. they don't smile... I haven't went back to this location in almost 3 years after having such rude service.
