I have had a generally positive experience with the service and food quality at this restaurant over the past year. However, after my visit on 10/10/22, I am considering not returning due to potentially new management and staff. Despite being the only customer in the lobby, I was ignored by all staff members. Additionally, my mother was harassed and treated poorly by the manager on duty when she went back to retrieve my missing drink. The manager yelled at her and followed her to the door, claiming that she was being rude for expressing her dissatisfaction. The restaurant gave us the wrong order on our receipt without any apology or accountability, even when I showed them the correct receipt. Their staff really need more training.

I really like Taco Bell. Recently, my food has been a bit cold and the brewed tea isn't the greatest. However, I will continue to go back because I really crave their food.

The restaurant is a bit pricey for late-night munchies. Three chalupas cost around $10, but I can't resist them. Overall, I love chalupas! lol
