Taco Bell - Reservar uma mesa

I ordered a large box of tacos while waiting for the delivery driver to arrive. The driver picked up a bag that was already prepared and did not check to ensure the drink was included. The manager was very attentive and promptly called the driver over to remind him to always check the order before leaving, especially if it includes a drink. The driver quickly returned with the missing drink. Great customer service! Well done.

My friend, my husband, and I attempted to eat inside the restaurant, but the manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional. We then tried the drive-thru, and encountered more rudeness. This has never happened before, but if the staff are not going to be respectful and professional, it will not end well for them. It's unfortunate and I would not want that to happen.

The woman working the drive-thru was extremely unpleasant to everyone. She was heard rushing customers to order quickly because she was on a timer. If your food wasn't ready, you were instructed to return to the line and wait. This was hands down the worst service I've ever experienced, and to top it off, they got my order wrong.

The breakfast was average and bordering on cold. I have definitely had better meals from this place before. I noticed a big difference depending on who is working. When the dark Haitian is there, I know my breakfast will be amazing, but every time the two bald guys are working, my breakfast is just okay.

The $5.00 box was so filling that I couldn't finish two of them. The staff was friendly and kind. It's a great place where we can relax with a tablet in front of us. I really enjoy the bergtau and the zimt freude, which are small round cinnamon balls that are amazing.
