Taco Bell - Reservar uma mesa

The service was lacking. The dining room is closed more often than it’s open, so we opted for drive-thru this time. Unfortunately, our order was prepared incorrectly, and we all know how that can ruin a meal. It would be great if the staff taking orders could really listen instead of just assuming it’s the same as every other order. Good customer service starts with attentive listening.

I understand that it's Taco Bell and people usually know what to expect, but my experience was disappointing. The worker at the drive-thru tossed the bag at me, and even though I asked for hot sauce, it wasn’t included. Additionally, I didn’t receive the chips that accompany the cheese sauce. I think I'll pass on this Taco Bell next time and choose a different place.

This location is constantly only taking Door Dash orders. I have not been there in the last year when they weren’t out of something significant. No beef, nocheese, no tortillas etc. The manager needs to learn to put in an order and stock up. It would be nice to try the Mexican pizza but they haven’t had them since it came back out. Open the drive thru for a change.

This Taco Bell is just what you would expect from the chain. The food is consistent and reliable. The staff is friendly and patient, even during busy Friday nights when there's a lot of traffic. I placed a large order, and they got everything correct. Overall, it's a convenient location with great service.

This location always has a problem. Every single day. It’s either no food, no employees, or no system. To see these reviews all saying the same thing, it’s clear more than ever. This Taco Bell doesn’t support or appreciate their employees. Why is everyone quitting or calling out?
