Taco Bell - Reservar uma mesa

i ordered food and paid for my food and did not receive all i had payed for when i got home and called the location i had spoke with the gentleman that had taken my order he asked if i wanted come back in at that time or come in a different day i dont have a car and walked to the location so i opted to come a different day he gave me his name and told me when i came in to tell them he had talked to me about the situation and it was ok to provide what i paid for and when i went in they refused to make it right so the took my money and did not give me the food i ordered seems to me they are kinda scammers

The man handed me my bag and read off every item in it, it’s 8:30pm and dark out. I drove home and opened bag, it’s someone else’s order. tried to call for refund but just rings and rings. Called again and got manger. She was kind needed me to drive back, I did and she gave me full refund. Appreciated her doing all she could to make it right.
